Terms of Service | Leaders Building Leaders

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Leaders Building Leaders training platform ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. License and Access

Access to the Platform requires a valid license key. Licenses are non-transferable and grant access to the designated number of users for the specified duration (typically one year from activation).

Individual licenses grant access to one (1) user.
Team licenses grant access to the specified number of users within one organization.
Enterprise licenses grant access to the specified number of users within one organization with additional administrative features.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, scenarios, quizzes, assessments, and certificates, is the intellectual property of Kailey Marshall and Leaders Building Leaders. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Share your account credentials with others
Attempt to bypass license restrictions or access controls
Copy, redistribute, or sell course content
Use automated tools to access or scrape the Platform
Interfere with the Platform's operation or security
Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose

6. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our refund policy is as follows:

Within 14 days of purchase: Full refund available if you have not completed more than 2 modules.
After 14 days or more than 2 modules completed: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@leadersbuildingleaders.org.
Team/Enterprise licenses: Contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund if no users have been onboarded.

7. Certificates

Certificates of completion are issued upon successfully completing all 10 modules, including passing all assessments with a minimum score of 70%. Certificates represent completion of the training program and are not professional certifications or academic credentials.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your license.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
